We are Health and Energy for Life, a website dedicated to making life better for everyone.  Our slogan is “A little bit better each and every day.”  We have a new motivational quote on the home page daily and we have a Blog which encourages individuals to improve a little bit each and every day in some area of their life.  We provide information for improving yourself physically and emotionally and have interviews from successful individuals that will help motivate everyone no matter what they want to accomplish or achieve.  Maybe the most important part of the website is honoring Single Working Moms who are making sacrifices for their families.  We honor nominated veterans on our Verterans Legacy Gallery website and Single Working Moms on this site and as part of this honor we give them their own page and we provide them with meals from local Restaurants, Supper Clubs, or Cafes.
